A: Initial year cost covers setup, hosting, and support.   There is also a per year hosting and maintenance fee beginning in the second year.

Q: Does our association have to have a web site in order to use Zebra-Ware?
A: No, Zebra-Ware will provide your association with an Internet presence if you do not already have one, or it can be linked to your existing site.

Q: What do users need in order to use Zebra-Ware?  Is there any software to install?
A: No. Zebra-Ware runs solely on the web. It is one database that is shared by many users. Users only need a Username and Password. Any PC or mobile device with internet access can use Zebra-Ware. For best results we recommend Internet Explorer 6.0 or above. 

Q: Is access to the data in Zebra-Ware restricted?
A: Yes. Zebra-Ware has different levels of access. Users have the ability to edit their own data. Administrators have access to edit all data and assign games.

Q: Where does the Zebra-Ware program and our data reside?
A: Zebra-Ware resides on safe and secure encrypted servers that are hosted by a professional ISP specializing in hosting websites.

Q: Is Zebra-Ware always current?
A: Yes, officials, coaches, and ADs have the ability to "write" to the database and update their personal information. Coaches and Athletic Directors can enter their home schedules. Administrators have the ability to edit all information So, users always access the most current available information residing in the database.

Q: What do we get for the fees?
A: Zebra-Ware is a service. With the initial fee, you get our initial help in setting up your association database, on-going technical support and one year hosting of your data. The maintenance fee after the first year is to host your data for one year.

Q: Is access to Zebra-Ware always available?
A: Zebra-Ware is available 24/7. Our ISP boasts a 99% uptime record. Our database is backed up daily for security.

Q: What about members that do not have internet access?
A: The administrator can enter and maintain personal data current for any member that does not have internet access. The data contained in Zebra-Ware is designed so that it may be printed and distributed. Zebra-Ware provides the additional advantage of allowing officials, coaches and athletic directors online access to view and print the latest information from any PC with access to the internet.

Q: Can I convert my existing system to Zebra-Ware?
A: Yes, simply provide a listing of officials and teams in an electronic tab or comma delimited format.
