I have been scheduling officials for the past 10
years and I'm not sure how I did it without Zebra-Ware. It makes
organization and communication very simple!! I can access Zebra-Ware
from anywhere. I believe it will only get better. If I ever have a
question, comment or suggestion for a change or an addition to the system, it is
usually done in 1 day!
I researched other scheduling programs.
There is not a better one out there. If there is, you should try Zebra-Ware
before making your decision!
The feature I like the most is that the system
emails the officials the change in the game time or partner change. This
eliminates the need for several phone calls every day!!!

Over a year ago I began searching for some type of program to make my job as Assigning Secretary easier, while at the
same time giving my members better access to their schedule. I was fortunate to run across what turned out to be a God send,
Zebra-Ware. I contacted Tom at Zebra-Ware and he set me up with a demo version so I could
experiment with. It did not take very long for me to discover what a great tool this is. I just completed the 2002 football
season using Zebra-ware and let me say it has cut my time in half in assigning games.

I feel that Zebra-Ware
saved our secretary numerous hours of phone time, it also helped the
communication between umpires as far as when they would leave, who would
drive, and if they couldn't go together when they would meet at the ballpark.
It was also very nice for they
umpires to be notified whenever we had game times change or cancel.
All in all Zebra-Ware is
a GREAT tool and we will continue to use it in the future.

I use Zebra-Ware to
post unavailable dates, track game fees and submit foul reports.
The foul report section is especially nice in that I can complete the
foul report at my leisure and before I lose the hard copy.
The pictorial part of Zebra-Ware helps when I am meeting a new
official and can review the picture before we meet to go to a game.
Also the ability to receive deadlines, chapter news and other important
information by way of the scrolling update bar is of great importance.
Zebra-Ware has
given me the ability to monitor my TASO records and to update them when I
have a phone or address change and also keeps up with my points, rankings or
division. The ability to have a complete, up-to-date listing of phone
numbers and address of all the officials in the Amarillo Chapter is invaluable.
Zebra-Ware has
helped bring officiating in the Amarillo chapter into the 21st
Century by imparting essential and timely information to the official.
